Apartmani Iris nalaze se u atraktivnom dijelu Crikvenice. Udaljeni su od mora cca 150 m, odnosno 3 min hoda do plaže na koju se ulazak ne naplaćuje (sitni kamenčići ili betonirana površina). Od glavne, pješčane plaže kuća Iris je udaljena cca 500 m. Za svaki apartman imamo osigurano po 1 parkirno mjesto. U apartmanima se nalazi aparat za kavu i kuhalo za vodu.
